Wait and see or intervene in the case of unruptured arteriovenous malformation (AVM)

For unruptured arteriovenous malformations (AVM), interventional therapy (surgery, embolization or radiosurgery) is associated with significantly higher 5- and 10-year “bleed-free survival rates” compared to purely conservative treatment.
