Patient brochures
The Competence Network has published four information brochures for patients, which can be downloaded or ordered.
The information series describes the symptoms and causes of stroke(Module 1) and(Module 1 in Turkish) in general terms, deals with the risk factors and how to combat them(Module 2), presents common examination methods for stroke(Module 3) and explains rehabilitation measures after a stroke(Module 4).

The patient version of the arm rehabilitation guideline after stroke is also available for download. The guideline provides information on how the effects of arm paralysis after a stroke can be assessed or measured and which treatment options have been proven to be effective.
