Announcements for the Heinrich Pette Prize and Adolf Wallenberg Prize

Heinrich Pette Prize

The German Society of Neurology awards the Heinrich Pette Prize. The prize is endowed with EUR 10,000 and is awarded for scientific work dealing with the pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy or pathological anatomy of diseases of the nervous system. The prize is to be awarded to German-speaking neurologists in a non-independent position. German neurology professors are eligible to nominate candidates.

Adolf Wallenberg Prize

The German Society of Neurology and the German Stroke Society jointly award the Adolf Wallenberg Prize. The prize is endowed with EUR 5,000 and is awarded for outstanding research achievements in the field of cerebrovascular diseases, cerebral blood flow or brain metabolism.

Young German and foreign scientists, generally under 40 years of age, are eligible to apply.
